- the development of a city-wide shop to win promotion (My Newy Passport) during light rail construction in Newcastle involving print and broadcast media with over 140 participating businesses.
- a branded business engagement and activation initiative in Brisbane (Experience More on Albert Street), consisting of a promotional booklet, Facebook page, business logo street and worksite signage.
- maintaining low levels of complaints and sustaining supportive community sentiment on major projects located in highly populated environments.
